If a protest is not filed, there is little to no recourse available to taxpayers. That said, it is obviously important to have your property tax accounts protested in a timely manner, and just as important by someone you trust. UPTG will ensure that all your accounts are protested timely via USPS Certified Mail. In most cases, and when available, we will also file electronic protests ensuring that you are dually protected.
Furthermore, once you are in our system, we will file timely protests automatically every year to ensure that these deadlines are not overlooked.
