Rylie, graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas in December of 2010 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Marketing, Psychology, and Behavior Analysis. She is currently pursuing her Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from Texas A&M University Commerce. She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and is active in a variety of church activities and communityoutreach programs. Rylie provides valuable research and support to the Sales and Use Tax Division, as well as manages a variety of administrative processes at UPTG.
