Having lived in Fort Worth, Texas most of her life, Ms. Winters has acquired nearly 40 years of business experience, managing internal systems and procedures for companies such as EFW Inc., General Dynamics (Electronic Manufacturing Center) and Altamesa Church of Christ. Since 1999 she has served many roles at UPTG, including database administration, financial processing and client communications.
