Kristi is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business. Growing up in North Texas, ‘property taxes’ was a common term in her home. Her father began working for the County Appraisal District as an appraiser in 1981. Following her dad’s footsteps, she spent the first three years of her career working at the appraisal district as a part-time clerk, where her responsibilities included computer data entry, filing, ensuring board hearings ran smoothly and helping property owners better understand the processes. As a licensed property tax consultant, Kristi has been with UPTG since 2004. In addition to keeping everyone on the same page, her responsibilities include business personal property consulting, database management, and coordinating the rendition filing processes.
