For more than 20 years, Diane’s career has focused on improving business processes and customer loyalty. Her unique abilities in problem-solving and working with people were evident early on at AMR Corp/American Eagle, where she worked for 12 years managing the In-Flight service team and working to improve customer satisfaction. Diane introduced her skill-sets to the world of property taxes in 1993 when she joined Alliance/Worthington Appraisal & Tax Group. Here she learned the industry while managing the operations of their two business locations. In 1997 Diane found an opportunity with First American Real Estate Tax Service, where she spent close to a decade bringing leadership and direction to a high-volume processing team. Among many other things, her responsibilities included payment reporting and distribution of all real estate tax information. Although recently joining UPTG in early 2007, Diane’s experience has already brought significant value to the overall business operations.
